We understand that not everything works according to plan, which is why we have a returns policy in place for those reasons!

When returning or exchanging your item(s), please ensure that your return complies with the policy below.

  • ALL RETURNS must be initiated through our Returns Portal to be eligible for a refund. If a return is received by our warehouse and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible for a refund and processed as a store credit. 
  • Returned items must be received by the BuddyLove Returns Department within 15 days from the date it has been delivered to be eligible for a refund. You will be provided a return label and a $7.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any items using promotional discounts 30% and over are FINAL SALE. See individual promotions for details.
  • Exchanges are processed at the first scan. 
  • Store credit will be credited an additional 10% to your account for future use when processed through the return portal.
  • All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 3-5 business days after the date of processing.
  • Return items must be in their unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached (if applicable). 
  • For all returns and exchanges, please allow 3-10 business days after delivery for your item(s) to be fully processed.
  • The BuddyLove warehouse team reserves the right to refuse any return for a refund if the item(s) does not meet the above qualifications. You will be contacted by [email protected] before any action is taken.
  • If your return request has been in the system for more than 15 days, the payment method will automatically change to Gift Card. The original form of payment will no longer be an eligible option.
  • If there is an issue with your order, [email protected] will reach out to you within 2 business days of your order being placed. Failure to respond within 2 weeks of the email being sent, will no longer be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment and you will be given a gift card with a store credit for the amount of the item(s).

*Please note that we do not refund any order for the original shipping cost that was selected to ship your package or shipping protection.
