Exchange & Return Policy

BuddyLove appreciates you and we want to do everything we can to provide a great experience. As a small business we are committed to providing the absolute best customer service possible. Because your business is so important to our efforts, we want to make it easy to find the right size, a different color or even a different style that matches your needs. 

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to ship your package back to us. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid shipping label through our returns portal. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for the return shipping label cost.

The $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection allows you to receive unlimited free shipping on exchanges or returns for store credit and a $5.98 credit to your account for your next purchase or towards your exchange value.

EXCHANGES:

Please ensure that your return for exchange or store credit complies with the policy below.

  • All exchanges must be initiated through our returns portal within 15 days from the date they were delivered to be eligible for a free exchange or store credit. 
  • If a return is received by our warehouse and not submitted through the online returns portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible for a refund and processed as store credit only. 
  • Exchanges can be applied as store credit. Exchanges and store credits will be credited an additional $5.98 to the original amount and applied to your account. 
  • An exchange request does not guarantee or hold the item you are requesting until the item has been shipped and (if applicable) an invoice with the outstanding balance is paid. Item(s) can go out of stock within the time frame of your request and until the first parcel scan.
  • Returned items for exchange or store credit must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in smoke-free condition with all tags attached. 
  • The BuddyLove warehouse team reserves the right to refuse any return for exchange if the above qualifications are not met. 

REFUNDS:

Please ensure that your return for refund complies with the policy below.

  • All returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal to be eligible for a refund. If a return is received by our warehouse and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible for a refund and processed as store credit only. 
  • Returned items must be initiated through the return portal within 15 days from the date they were delivered to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returned items for refund must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in smoke-free condition with all tags attached. 
  • For refunds, please allow 14 business days after delivery for your item(s) to be fully processed.
  • All refunds to the original method of payment will post approximately 3-5 business days after the date of processing.
  • The BuddyLove warehouse team reserves the right to refuse any return for refund if the above qualifications are not met.

  • Any items using promotional discounts 30% and over are FINAL SALE. *See individual promotions for details.
  • Any items purchased on the Sale tab are FINAL SALE.

 

 

How to Initiate a Return:

Complete a return request on our Returns Portal before mailing back your item(s).

  1. Visit the BuddyLove Returns Portal
  2. Locate your account with your Email & Order # OR Shipping Zip code & Order #
  3. After locating the order you want to return, select the item(s) and follow  the instructions provided
  4. Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping guidelines and return instructions
  5. Send back your return in compliance with our return policy

  • If there is an issue with your order, exchange, or return, [email protected] will reach out to you regarding the issue. Failure to respond within 2 weeks of the email being sent will no longer be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment and store credit will be issued for the amount of the item(s).
