RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To our amazing and wonderful customers,

Thank you for choosing to shop at BuddyLove. Buddy and I have poured our hearts and lives into this brand for over 14 years. It's a privilege to be given the opportunity to be a small part of our customer's special events and memories.

As a small fashion house, as it the case with many small businesses, we operate on extremely tight budgets and timelines. For this reason, we've built the following Return, Exchange, and Store Credit Policy.

BuddyLove offer unlimited exchanges, and we allow unlimited returns for store credit (when initiated within the number of days communicated below) for all purchases unless clearly marked on the website's product page with a "final sale meesage" which is the case with only a very small number of products.

We also allow refunds to the original form of payment for full-priced purchases as long as the request is initiated within 10 days of receiving a product. At this time we do not allow products that were purchased on sale, final sale, or discounted sale to be returned for cash, those products will have to be exchange for other products or for store credit.

I understand that this policy is not the same offered by large international, or multi-national corporations. However, for similar reasons, other small and medium-sized apparel companies have begun offering similar policies

RE:DO
The $1.98 Free Returns for Store Credit + Exchange Protection allows you to receive unlimited free shipping on exchanges or returns for store credit and a 15% credit to your account for your next purchase or towards your exchange value.

If you purchased the $1.98 Free Returns for Store Credit + Exchange Protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to ship your package back to us within the return window. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid shipping label through our returns portal.

If you did not purchase this option at checkout, you will be responsible for the return shipping label cost. Purchasing Re:do with a FINAL SALE item does not make the item eligible for a return.

MERCHANDISE CONDITIONS
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, in smoke free condition, deodorant free, make-up/self-tanner free, and pet hair free. All tags must be attached.
SHOES: Must be returned in undamaged original shoe box.
SWIM: Must be returned with hygienic liner.
The Buddylove Team reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the above conditions.


POLICY OVERVIEW:

INSTANT EXCHANGES:

All exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery to be eligible. If an exchange is received by the BuddyLove team and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible and processed as store credit.

Submitting an Instant Exchange allows you to get the exchanged item sooner and your exchange order may be placed before the original item(s) are returned.

A hold will be placed for the amount of the exchanged item. The hold will not charge when the original item is returned within 14 days of the request being made. A charge will be made after 14 days of the item not being returned and will be released after the original item is shipped back.

The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the above qualifications are not met.

STANDARD EXCHANGES:

All exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery to be eligible. If an exchange is received by the BuddyLove team and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible and processed as store credit.

Exchanges will be credited an additional 15% to the original amount and applied to your account.

An exchange request does not guarantee or hold the item you are requesting until the item has been delivered and (if applicable) an invoice with the outstanding balance is paid. Item(s) can go out of stock within the time frame of your request and until the returning item has been marked delivered.


If an exchange request cannot be fulfilled due to the inventory becoming out of stock, then a store credit for the amount of the item(s) that has been returned will be issued


The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the above qualifications are not met.

BuddyLove reserves the right to make any promotional discounts not available for return for a refund to the original form of payment. Some promotional discounts will be open to return for store credit or exchange only.


STORE CREDIT:

All returns for Store Credit must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery to be eligible. If a return for store credit is received by the BuddyLove team and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible.

For FREE Returns for Store Credit please see the RE:DO paragraph above.

Please allow up to 14 business days after delivery for your item(s) to be fully processed. Please note that weekends & company holidays are not considered business days.

 Store Credit Gift Cards will be credited an additional $5.98. Gift cards will be emailed to the email on file and never expire.

The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any return for store credit if the above qualifications or merchandise conditions are not met.

BuddyLove reserves the right to make any promotional discounts not available for return for a refund to the original form of payment. Some promotional discounts will be open to return for store credit or exchange only.

REFUNDS:

All returns for a refund to the original form of payment must be initiated through our Returns Portal and shipped within 10 days of delivery to be eligible. If a return is received by the BuddyLove team and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible for a refund and processed as store credit only.

You will be charged a return shipping fee when submitting a request for refund. If Re:Do was purchased, this will not cover the shipping label if a request for a refund has been submitted. The $1.98 Re:Do purchased at checkout will not be refunded.

Please allow up to 30 business days after delivery for your item(s) to be processed. Our small business team isnpects every item before approving any request. Please note that weekends and company holidays are not considered business days.

All refunds to the original method of payment will post approximately 3-5 business days after the date of processing.

The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any return for a refund if the above qualifications or merchandise conditions are not met.

If a return request for a refund is submitted but the returning item(s) is not sent within the policy timeline, then your request will be rejected and will no longer be qualified for a refund to the original form of payment. A store credit will be issued for the paid amount. Please note, if you are provided a date to have a return dropped off by, this is the label expiration date and not the date your item will need to be first scanned in by to receive a refund. Your return must be shipped within 10 days of delivery.

BuddyLove reserves the right to make any promotional discounts not available for return for refund to the original form of payment. Promotional discount codes used on an order and applied to products will automatically mark that item ineligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

Jewelry, hats, headbands, hair clips, and hair ties are FINAL SALE.

Acrylic Trays, Coasters, Frames, Puzzles, and Bags are FINAL SALE.

All beauty & wellness products such as tanning, tanning mits, exfoliators, and soaps are FINAL SALE.
Any item(s) purchased on the Sale tab are FINAL SALE.

 

How to Initiate a Return:
Complete a return request on our Returns Portal before mailing back your item(s).
Visit the BuddyLove Returns Portal
Locate your account with your Email & Order # OR Shipping Zip code & Order #
After locating the order you want to return, select the item(s) and follow  the instructions provided
Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping guidelines and return instructions
Send back your return in compliance with our return policy
