Order Change or CancellationUpdated 2 days ago

We understand if you need an adjustment to your order or shipping address, or cancel your order. Please use the contact form that is located at the bottom of the Help Center page to inform us of these changes. There is a subject line dedicated to Order Change/Cancel, be sure to include the details of what needs to be changed so our Customer Service can quickly correct your order before the warehouse team fulfills. 

We do not guarantee that changes can be made before the order is processed but our teams will do their best to accommodate appropriately.

If you placed your order before 12 PM during our business hours and need an adjustment, please send an inquiry as soon as possible as our team fulfills orders same business day often. If your order was placed after 12 PM or on the weekend, a request for adjustment can be made before the next business day.

We cannot adjust any orders after the order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse team. You will be directed to create a return request if your order has been shipped.
