Our warehouse team will search for all items to be shipped as quickly as possible, this may cause items to be shipped at different times and delays.

If there is an issue with your order,  [email protected] will reach out to you regarding the issue after receiving confirmation from the warehouse team that they or the store locations are unable to resolve it.

We are greatly apologetic if this does occur, some factors are out of our control. Our team will do everything we can to still provide the best BuddyLove experience possible.

*Failure to respond to the email sent within 2 weeks of the email will eliminate the eligibility for a refund to the original form of payment and store credit in the form of a BuddyLove Gift Card will be issued for the amount of the item(s).
