We are greatly apologetic that you received an item that does not meet the BuddyLove standard or the item does not match the item stated on your packing slip. We ask that you submit a return request to exchange for the product needed, we offer instant exchange so you do not have to wait for your original item to be delivered before the new item is sent.
Please follow the instructions provided below, please select the appropriate reason for return. You will be asked to submit multiple pictures for our team to review, once our team has reviewed the request and pictures you will then receive the return label.
- Visit the BuddyLove Returns Portal.
- Locate your account with your email or shipping zip code & order #.
- After locating the order you want to exchange, select the item(s) and follow the instructions provided.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping guidelines and return instructions.
- Send back your return in compliance with our return policy.
If a refund to the original form of payment is desired, then a request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, your item will be eligible for a replacement or store credit only. We must receive a request or email inquiry within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are no longer responsible for replacing or issuing a credit for the item(s).
