RETURN POLICY EFFECTIVE 12/30/2024

 

Effective December 30th, 2024 BuddyLove will offer returns for store credit only. Store credit never expires and is issued once your return is accepted at our warehouse. 

BuddyLove will accept returns within 30 days of order fulfillment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged & unaltered. The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any return if the above qualifications or merchandise conditions are not met.

BuddyLove offers exchanges for the same item in a different size or color when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Email [email protected] detailing the items you’d like a size exchange in as well as the order number and our team will contact you with a shipping label once approved.

  • Any items purchased on the Sale tab

  • Any items marked FINAL SALE on their product page

  • Any items purchased at a discount of 30% and above

  • Any items purchased with a Black Friday 50% off discount code 

  • Gift Cards

 

INITIATE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

 

  • Email [email protected] with your name, order # and listed items that you want to return including sizes. 

  • If initiating an exchange, please detail the new size or color wanted as well.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping guidelines and return instructions.

  • Send back your return in compliance with our return policy.

 

POLICIES


  • Refunds for store credit or exchanges will be honored if contacted within 30 days of order delivery

  • Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days after delivery for your item(s) to be processed. Our small business team inspects every item before approving any request. Please note that weekends and company holidays are not considered business days.

  • All refunds to the original method of payment will post approximately 3-5 business days after the date of processing.

  • Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting [email protected] within 3 days of delivery

  • Discount codes cannot be stacked

  • Any order placed before scheduled sale dates is not eligible for a price match

  • Returns postmarked after 30 days from the order fulfillment date will only be automatically issued store credit and are subject to a $8 restocking fee

  • The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any return for a refund if the above qualifications or merchandise conditions are not met.
