It can take up to 30 business days after the returned item(s) have been marked as delivered. We appreciate your patience as our small business team wears many hats and works very hard to complete all returns in the queue that they were received. 

Allow until the end of the business day for your return to be completed by our team, you will receive a notification once the return request has been fully inspected by the team to ensure that the item sent back is compliant with our Exchange & Return Policy and the original merchandise conditions.
