All exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery to be eligible. If an exchange is received by the BuddyLove team and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible and processed as store credit.
Exchanges will be credited an additional 15% to the original amount and applied to your account.
An exchange request does not guarantee or hold the item requested for standard exchanges. The original item must be marked delivered and (if applicable) an invoice with the outstanding balance is paid before the new exchange order is created. Item(s) can go out of stock within the time frame of your request and until the returning item has been marked delivered.
If an exchange request cannot be fulfilled due to the inventory becoming out of stock, then a store credit for the amount of the item(s) that has been returned will be issued.
The BuddyLove team reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the above qualifications are not met.
