SHIPPING POLICY
- All BuddyLove orders placed before 12 PM CST are processed within the business day. All BuddyLove orders placed after 12 PM CST will begin being processed the following business day.
- BuddyLove does not ship on weekends. If placed on Friday-Sunday or a holiday, your package will ship in the following business days.
- Any BuddyLove orders that have multiple items could potentially be shipped in multiple packages.
- We are not responsible for reimbursement for any delay/lost/damages made by the shipping services on all orders.
- We can and will file claims for delayed/lost/damaged items through the appropriate carrier. However, there is no guarantee that the claim will be approved or successful. If you believe this applies to you, please use Contact Us providing your order number and tracking number.
- If there is an issue with your order, [email protected] will reach out to you within 2 business days of your order being placed. Failure to respond within 2 weeks of the email being sent, will no longer be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment and you will be given a gift card with a store credit for the amount of the item(s)
*Please note that we do not refund any order for the original shipping cost that was selected to ship your package or shipping protection.
